After 1.Kg6 the black rook should be behind the white king to start shelling it with checks. Here on the contrary 1...Rb8 is forced to avoid checkmate, and White wins with 2.Ra7, with the following variations:
2...Kf8(h8) 3.Rh7(+) Kg8 4.f7+
2...Rc8(d8,e8,f8) 3.Rg7+ Kf8(h8) 4.Rh7(+) and wins as above
Black can draw only if the pawn is on the a,b,g or h file.
