The classical tests are more elaborate, they include diagrams and often an explanation of your results.
The flash tests are more "dynamic", but they don't use graphics, just text. They're very fast paced and concentrate on concepts and board visualization. In order to take the flash tests you must register first, so that the results get logged.
If you have any questions or comments, just post them here.

I took the "basic rook endings" test. It was very useful because it showed me how weak I was in that area, and convinced me to study the topic. I took it a second time, this time with a very good result, but I think there are two problems in that test:

1. The result of the test was: "You scored 14 out of 15. This gives you a grade of Very bad". A little strict isn't it?

2. Question 10. This is not a draw! Kg6 is winning for White, according to my books.

I'm glad you found the test useful.

1- The result comments for this particular test are wrong. I think I edited them for the Spanish version, but forgot to edit them for the English version.

2- No, the position is definitely a draw, I assure you! (IMG:http://www.chessnia.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Sorry I don't see how (and neither Paul Keres does) (IMG:http://www.chessnia.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
After 1.Kg6 the black rook should be behind the white king to start shelling it with checks. Here on the contrary 1...Rb8 is forced to avoid checkmate, and White wins with 2.Ra7, with the following variations:

2...Kf8(h8) 3.Rh7(+) Kg8 4.f7+

2...Rc8(d8,e8,f8) 3.Rg7+ Kf8(h8) 4.Rh7(+) and wins as above

Black can draw only if the pawn is on the a,b,g or h file.

I'm sure you can find the unusual answer to that one yourself.
There's an old rule of thumb is chess: when the obvious doesn't work, try the exceptional!

Are there any drills to help you visually memorize the board?

I still can't get over the fact that I can't, 'see the board' in my head.

On a side note, this is only the second place I see where memorization of the board is reinforced -- the first one being the Comprehensive Chess Course by Peltz and Alburt.

The best drills on board memorization are following games without a board, that's the best practice by far.
Begin with short games, and go on from there. If you atempt to do long games from scratch, you'll lose interest in no time I'm afraid.
