In some european languages, the suffix "-nia" is supposed to mean "land" or "ethnic group". As you can probably imagine, all the good names were already taken. However, in 2008 chessnia.com became chesspupil.com

Chesspupil is basically a website which offers a lot of free features and material to people who are interested in chess: free chess files, a playing zone, a forum where people can ask questions, quizzes, etc. I'm a professional chess coach an I use a couple of sections to advertise my coaching activities.

Although the previous version of our site was for a 1024 x 768 resolution, the current one is a universal version which should work for all users regardless of their screen resolution.
